CONTROL PROCESS
Step-by-Step Quality Control
Material Receipt
We verify every material batch on receipt: quality certificates, dimensions, visual appearance, and traceability markings.
Fabrication Control
Throughout fabrication, we perform dimensional, visual, and NDT checks at every critical stage, per the inspection plan.
Final Inspection
Before delivery, every product passes a final inspection: full dimensional verification, final NDT examinations, and documentation review.
Documentation & Delivery
We deliver the product with complete documentation: material certificates, inspection reports, NDT reports, and declarations of conformity.
TESTING METHODS
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
Visual Examination (VT)
The first and most important inspection method. Our certified inspectors perform visual examination per EN ISO 17637 on every weld.
Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
Detection of internal defects in welds and base materials. Our level II certified operators use state-of-the-art digital equipment per EN ISO 17640.
Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
Ideal for detecting cracks and surface defects in ferromagnetic materials. We perform MT examinations per EN ISO 17638.
Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
Detection of surface-breaking defects, applicable to all materials. We use fluorescent or visible penetrants per EN ISO 3452-1.
TRACEABILITY
Full Traceability
Our traceability system ensures complete tracking of every product, from raw material receipt to final delivery. Every material batch is logged with its quality certificates, and during fabrication all critical operations — cutting, welding, surface treatment — are documented and tied to the order. We use permanent marking systems and digital records that allow rapid identification of the full history of any structural element delivered. This approach not only meets the requirements of EN 1090 and ISO 9001 — it gives our clients the guarantee that every product can be verified and traced at any time.
